LONDON FASHION WEEK SCHEDULE SPRING/SUMMER 2026

Laura Weir’s opening gambit? Scrapping participation fees for British Fashion Council member designers on the main schedule—an overdue move that aligns London with Berlin (dubbed the “new London” by critics) and Stockholm. Shows and presentations are up 18 percent this season, signaling a strategic pivot toward inclusion and accessibility. She’s also committed to doubling the international guest programme, extending NEWGEN funding through 2029, and launching the BFC Fashion Assembly to decentralize fashion education beyond London.

On the schedule? Expect a potent mix of heritage and innovation: Burberry, Erdem, and Simone Rocha anchor the calendar, with Burberry closing the week. Meanwhile, a collaboration sees JW Anderson hosting a celebratory dinner event with the BFC: a shift as the brand transitions from traditional runway shows to a broader lifestyle format.

On the emerging front, Conner Ives, the Vogue Designer Fashion Fund winner, returns to the schedule. Joining him are high-potential names like The Ouze, Yaku, Lueder (fresh off a strong showing at Berlin Fashion Week), Aaron Esh, Johanna Parv, Edeline Lee, and Ewusie—all spotlighted through NEWGEN support.

In tandem with these programming shifts comes a mounting commitment to sustainability. London becomes the first of the “Big Four” fashion weeks to roll out mandatory ESG and D&I standards, phasing them in through the Newgen cohort before full adoption in 2026.

It’s safe to say that London’s schedule is a retooled model that removes economic barriers, multiplies global exposure, empowers emerging voices, and asserts fashion as Britain’s cultural export. Below, explore the full London Fashion Week schedule.
